The Gainesville Police Department would like you to take a few minutes of your time and complete the following form. The information on this form is vital to us in locating and returning your property if you are ever a victim of theft, burglary or robbery.
When you complete this form, we ask you to keep it in a safe place, and then only give this information to a law enforcement officer if requested. Also, take photos of any valuable items, which have no serial numbers but could be the object of a crime.
By working together, we all help to reduce crime in our community.
